Glad I have an electric juicer to turn this
into this.
Wanted to soak this morning, but Wednesday is the day the pool guy shows up, usually early. Today he was quite late (it was almost noon) so I would have been okay....
Watched the Birdwatching Across Arizona program on PBS that I recorded last night (when I was watching coverage of Super Tuesday) while I worked on Hannah's binding.
Whether their wingspans are 3 ½ inches, or 9 ½ feet, watching birds do what they do is a fun and entertaining hobby for the whole family. It can be as easy as stepping out into your own back yard.
Come along as we travel the state to find out how to get started bird watching, meet folks who are happy to share their birding passion, and visit some unique hideaways along the way.
Melodie picked up the fabric and blurb for the wedding quilt label this afternoon. Wish I'd had her quilt finished and ready to return, but unfortunately it keeps getting shunted aside for other projects with actual deadlines.
Mr. & Mrs. Mallard were back late this afternoon. Once Brownie noticed them (I'd stayed inside until then) he was rather vocal about the 'intruders'.
Then he tried to lull them into a false sense of security -
which worked.... at first.
But once she got out the chase was on!
No surprise that they took flight and were gone right after that.
Alex bought a new toy today.
